Three generations of family recipes. One unforgettable table in the heart of San Pedro.
Our Story
Casa Garibay was born in 2005 when Rosa and Miguel Garibay opened their doors on a warm September morning with nothing but their grandmothers' handwritten recipes and a gas stove that ran hot. What started as a neighborhood secret became San Pedro's most beloved table.
Every dish we serve carries a memory โ the mole that took Rosa three days to perfect, the carne asada Miguel learned at his uncle's ranch in Jalisco, the elotes that have been on the menu since day one and never changed because they never needed to.
We cook the way family cooks: with care, with heat, and with a little too much love in every plate.

What People Say
The carne asada at Casa Garibay is the best I've had outside of Mexico. Smoky, tender, perfectly charred โ and the tortillas are handmade right in front of you. This place is the real deal.
We've been coming here for Sunday brunch since 2011. It's become a family tradition. The food, the warmth of the staff, the whole atmosphere โ it feels like eating at someone's home. That's rare.
Ordered the mole enchiladas and I genuinely did not want to finish because I didn't want it to end. The depth of flavor in that sauce is ridiculous. 48 hours of work and you can taste every one of them.
